All individual orders will require all contact details, delivery address and menu items.
All prices include delivery to Daylesford and Hepburn Springs, delivery outside these areas can be arranged, however delivery fees to apply. Delivery charges are calculated at $1.50 per Kilometer
If you are staying a couple of days and require several deliveries these will be charged at $15 each
A minimum orders applies as follows according to menus:
Daisy Taking It Away – $200 for two & $400 for four
Dining for Two -$250
Catering – $450
Not including Alcohol
On average two course menus are $50-60 approx. 3 hours, and three course $60-70 approx. 4 hours.
Staffing requirements are required for groups larger than 8.
8 -12 Guest, Miss Daisy (personal cook/chef), plus one wait staff
12-18 Guests, Miss Daisy (personal cook/chef), plus two wait staff
Catering Style Charges
For table set up and arrangements there is a $75 charge based on 1/2 an hour for a couple, extra charges apply for larger groups. Tablecloth, napkins, flowers, candles, mineral water and crockery. Items to be returned to Daisy Dining the next day.
Personal cook/chef, it is $85 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours.
Additional Staff can be arranged at $35 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours
At Daisy Dining I am happy to provide presentation crockery with charges starting from $75 for two people. This price will change on the numbers in your party and on your requirements. For orders over $3000 this charged is waivered.
A credit card number as a security bond might be requested on occasion depending on what has been provided.

When you arrive in Daylesford or Hepburn Springs you will be required to contact Daisy Dining on 0412199526 to arrange delivery.
Payment and Cancellations
Daisy Dining accepts Mastercard, Visa, Cash and Direct Credit.
A 3.5% surcharge applies Credit Card Payments
A 50% no refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering.
Last minute orders payment is required at the time of purchase.
When ordering Daisy Dining Daylesford does require all contact details, including name, phone number, email, postal address, and delivery address.
Please note we have a no refund policy, therefore if you cancel within 72 hours you will not receive a refund.
All invoices are to be paid within a 14 day period, if outside this period a 25% surcharge will apply
Public Holiday surcharges do apply
Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to your order 72 hours’ notice is required, if changes are made within 48 hours charges will apply.
Special Dietary Requirements
Daisy Dining is very flexible with dietary requirements, so please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss menu options.
Dates, Confirmation and Quotes
As Daisy Dining is a bespoke caterer all orders are handled by Miss Daisy personally therefore no date can be double booked. Should you wish a date to be held a holding deposit will apply, $50 per person in your party per day until the menu has been confirmed. This charge is nonrefundable. Once the menu is confirmed the deposit is required within 7 days to fully confirm your order.
All orders will be confirmed by email, orders will not be confirmed until the 50% deposit has been received.
All enquires will be answered with 48 hours and are quotes are valid for 7 days.

Daisy Dining is committed to using happy, seasonal and, where possible, local produce. With this in mind our prices might be affected at times.
Public Holidays a surcharge of 25% of your full order will apply.
